Brought on T12's first employee — the first of many hires who would form the foundation of an integrated, people-first delivery model. Growing the team intentionally meant growing the mission: every person added capability, not just capacity.
Secured our first three-year prime contract. The team rapidly launched a fully functional inbound and outbound call center in seven days, supporting an average of 4,000 calls per day, while also executing procurement, inventory, storage, and global asset shipments across CONUS and OCONUS locations to meet mission-critical requirements.
Maintained full delivery continuity and strengthened internal operations during a challenging year for government and commercial organizations alike. T12 used this period to deepen capabilities, sharpen processes, and prepare for the growth ahead.
Secured our first Charles County prime contract and moved fast. The team migrated terabytes of customer data to Microsoft 365 in just three days — delivering speed and precision under real operational conditions, not controlled lab environments.
Earned our first federal subcontract and first prime contract in North Carolina. Launched a 24/7/365 remote nursing triage line on AWS and Amazon Connect in three days. Completed a CMMC Gap Assessment, positioning T12 for Level 2 certification and cleared-environment work.
Secured our first Department of Defense subcontract and first Maryland State subcontract. Managed CONUS and OCONUS transportation and logistics for assets valued at over $1.5 billion — demonstrating the scale, precision, and reliability that defense-grade missions demand.
